Refund Policy♦
IRBA offers refunds only under specific circumstances, as outlined below.
Requests for a refund can be submitted if a client encounter any of the following situations:
Double Payment
If a client has made a duplicate payment for the same invoice, evidence must be provided confirming that both payments were successfully processed.Missing Coupon Code
If a client was eligible for a coupon code but did not receive it and subsequently paid the full fee.Customer Dissatisfaction
If a client is dissatisfied with a training course, certification service, or any other service provided by IRBA. In such cases, the client must submit full details and supporting evidence outlining the nature of the dissatisfaction and the circumstances that led to it.Refund Request Requirements
When submitting a refund request, clients must provide all relevant documentation and evidence to support their claim. Incomplete submissions may result in delays or rejection of the request.
Review and Decision Process
IRBA will review each refund request based on the evidence provided and will issue one of the following decisions:
Refund Approved
If approved, IRBA’s finance team will process the refund using the client’s preferred reimbursement method as indicated in the refund request form.Refund Refused
IRBA reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases involving suspected fraud, refund abuse, incomplete or misleading information, or any form of deceitful conduct.Important Notes
IRBA will refund only the exact amount received into its bank account. Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative costs associated with the original transaction will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Any additional fees incurred during the reimbursement process will also be deducted.
Clients who have received and used a coupon code for examination or certification fees are not eligible for a refund.
All refund decisions are final and made solely at IRBA’s discretion, based on the evidence submitted.
How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund, please email:
info@ir-ba.orgUpon receipt of your request, IRBA will send a confirmation email acknowledging submission. You will subsequently be notified of the final decision regarding your refund request, whether approved or rejected.

How do I become a registered auditor?
To become a registered auditor, you must meet the prescribed educational qualifications, complete relevant training, pass competency assessments, and submit a formal application to IRBA.
