Our Approach to Quality Excellence
IRBA’s quality framework is founded on the principles of continual improvement, active stakeholder collaboration, and strict adherence to internationally recognized standards. We follow best practices, including those outlined in ISO 9004, which underscore the importance of aligning organizational mission, vision, values, and culture to achieve sustainable success.
Refund Policy♦
IRBA offers refunds only under specific circumstances, as outlined below.
Requests for a refund can be submitted if a client encounter any of the following situations:
- Double Payment: If a double payment has been made for the same invoice, the client must provide evidence that both payments were successfully processed.
- Missing Coupon Code: If a client was entitled to a coupon code but did not receive it and paid the full fee.
- Customer Dissatisfaction: If a client is dissatisfied with the training course, certification service, or any other service provided by IRBA. In this case, the client must submit all details and evidence describing the dissatisfaction and the circumstances that led to it.
When submitting a refund request, clients must provide all relevant documentation and evidence to support their claim.
IRBA will review the refund request and, based on the provided evidence, will make one of the following decisions:
- Refund Approved: If the refund request is approved, IRBA’s finance team will process the refund based on the client’s preferred method indicated in the refund request form.
- Refund Refused: IRBA reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, incomplete information, or any deceitful actions.
Important Notes:
IRBA will refund only the exact amount received in its bank account. Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative fees associated with the original transaction will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- If additional fees apply to the reimbursement process, these fees will also be deducted.
- Clients who have been issued a coupon code for exam or certification fees, and have used it, are not eligible for a refund.
All refund decisions are final and are at the sole discretion of IRBA based on the evidence submitted.

Once your request is received, IRBA will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request. You will also be notified of the decision regarding your refund request—whether it is approved or rejected.
